About Goodstart Cowra
Our centre is a purpose built, 90 place service consisting of four rooms in a homely environment where staff, children and families all feel welcome and comfortable.
Our centre is situated close to the centre of town, within walking distance to Cowra's nature-based adventure playground and the iconic Japanese Gardens.
We pride ourselves on our participation in community events, visits to the schools plus walks around our neighbourhood and now working with Tresillian-Cowra in bringing information sessions to our families to support their needs.
The centre director of our service, Michele, has over 16 years of experience in the sector, has her Masters degree in Education and her key focus is on providing a collaborative and engaging work environment for her staff.

You'll Need
Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
Current NSW Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
Hold active accreditation with NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)
