**How will I help?**

The Risk Governance and Portfolio Management Office (RGPMO) team forms part of the Business division of the Westpac Group and carries responsibility for providing strong risk and compliance support for several business units across both Business and Consumer divisions.

As a Manager, Reporting and Governance within RGPMO you will support Westpac Group strategy by assisting in the implementation, operation, and enhancement of a strong risk and compliance management framework by providing reliable, relevant, and insightful guidance to address business needs, manage issues, and continually increase management awareness of regulatory requirements and working collaboratively across Platforms, Investments & Operations (PI&O), Consumer, Business, and Westpac Group stakeholders, and our business partners across the Three Lines of Defence.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Assessing and governing the PI&O control environment.
- Representing PI&O interests from a risk and compliance perspective in projects and working groups.
- Create and collate reporting for key stakeholders and senior leaders.
- Collaborating on the design and implementation of tools to support the Product and Services Lifecycle (PSL) framework.
- Providing support in embedding and maturing the range of PSL policy requirements and framework across Wealth.
