**The Opportunity**:
In this role you will be responsible for the management, co-ordination, and leadership of a day shift team. You will continually strive to demonstrate the company values, occupational health & safety, quality, training and skills development whilst ensuring operational efficiency, productivity and labour co-ordination.

**The Accountabilities**:

- Drive behaviours that align with the core Campbells/Arnott's values
- Work with your team members and other departments to achieve the production plan for your shift while meeting, safety, quality and environment targets.
- Monitor production and quality trends
- Manage changeovers
- Meet KPIs and train staff

**The Ingredients for Success**:
Just like you can't make a Tim Tam without chocolate, there are a few essential ingredients we need for this role:

- Highly developed communication skills
- Exceptional safety focus as shown by leading by example the site safety standards.
- Experience (and or commitment) in leading a team with the ability to develop skill sets.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and demonstrated compliance with GMP, OHS, and Quality.
- Experience in production practices in an FMCG environment
