This is a hands-on leadership position requiring a strategic thinker with a proven sales track record and the ability to inspire and guide a team.
You'll lead the charge in acquiring new business, managing key client relationships, and implementing effective sales strategies that align with our mission to be the human connection behind business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven cultureDefine clear KPIs and targets, conduct regular performance reviews, and support career progressionBuild a team culture centred on client excellence and commercial successDevelop and execute strategic plans to grow the client portfolio across tech and innovation-driven industriesCultivate and convert leads into long-term partnerships through tailored, consultative sales approachesAct as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert insights on talent and growth strategiesGuide the end-to-end sales lifecycle: prospecting, qualification, proposal development, and negotiationRefine and optimise the sales funnel, ensuring alignment with brand, marketing, and business objectivesContinuously improve sales processes and introduce best practices across the teamOwn and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client retentionProvide tailored solutions and ongoing support that help clients meet their talent goalsMonitor and report on sales performance, pipeline metrics, and revenue growth to senior leadershipUse data to identify trends, measure ROI, and inform sales strategiesEnsure CRM systems are fully utilised and maintained with accurate, up-to-date informationAbout You5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or people management capacityA strong track record in business development and closing deals in a B2B or consulting environmentPrevious experience in recruitment, staffing, or professional services highly regardedExceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quicklyComfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentProficiency with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales enablement platformsBachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field preferredWhy Think & Grow?
