**Summer Festival Event Security Officers**

**Location**: South Bank Parklands & CBD locations
**Pay Rate**: $32.78 - $72.11 per hour

The summer festival season is here, and **Trident Services** is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated **Casual Event Security Officers** to join our team If you're passionate about creating safe, enjoyable experiences and want to work with top-tier events across Brisbane, we want you on our team.
As an industry leader in **security and cleaning services**, we take pride in delivering proactive and well-managed services to our clients. Both weekday and weekend shifts are available, so you can gain valuable experience, and expand your professional network while being part of exciting events

**What You'll Do**:

- **Keep the Event Safe**: Create a secure and welcoming environment for guests and clients.
- **Deliver Outstanding Service**: Assist attendees, answer questions, and ensure everyone enjoys a positive experience.
- **Manage Risks**: Spot and report potential risks to keep everything running smoothly.
- **Communicate Like a Pro**: Use your excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with guests and the team.
- **Resolve Issues with Ease**: Handle conflicts calmly and professionally, ensuring mínimal disruption to the event.
- **Know Your Stuff**: Be familiar with emergency procedures and respond swiftly when needed.

**Key Selection Criteria**:

- **Current First Aid & CPR Certificates**.
- **Current Queensland Security License** with Crowd Control Function.
- **RSA Certification** (or willingness to obtain).
- **Availability for New Year's Eve** (December 31, 2024), other dates available December and January
- Strong **communication skills**:

- **Incident management experience** and reporting skills.
- A commitment to delivering excellent **customer service**.
