**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The Head of Customer is the ultimate role for an experienced Marketeer who is passionate, creative and inspirational. This role will see you own the customer experience strategy, delivering a seamless customer journey across all marketing channels
- protecting the brand DNA and ensuring Supre is a destination for a restless generation.

There is an amazingly creative team already in place and this role will provide strategic leadership and support across Marketing, Digital, Creative and VM teams. It is essential you love what you do, are exceptional at building relationships, can link your crazy creative ideas and campaigns to the commercial goals and bring your team along for the ride. Our People are at the heart of everything we do and team development and wellbeing needs to be top priority.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Previous Senior Marketing leadership experience, preferably leading a broad team of Marketing professionals
- Experience delivering a seamless customer experience from concept to execution across multiple channels
- Passion for driving innovation; inspiring the team to think "what's next?"
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
- An engaging and supportive leadership approach
- The ability to be flexible and adaptable to change
