**Our client**:
Rapidly growing across both the Australian and New Zealand market our client has over 80 stores and it does stop here The business prides itself on offering great style, amazing value and excellent service to the everyday guy. Providing a wide range of formal, smart and casual attire.

**The role**:
We are looking for a people-focused and sales-driven Store Manager to manage our Karrinyup store. As the Store Manager, you will supervise the operational and organisational standards of the store. Your duties will include undertaking administrative tasks, monitoring inventory levels, and developing business strategies to increase performance. This Manager must be able to improve customer satisfaction and meet monthly sales goals. In addition to being an excellent communicator, you should also demonstrate outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills.

**Skills and Attributes required**:

- Lead and motivate a team of staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Develop strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Monitoring stock levels and carrying out annual stocktakes
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Implement promotional activities to drive sales and maximise profit margins
