About the roleAs a Permanent part-time (30 hours per fortnight) Care Partner supporting clients in Perth Metro suburbs, you will be part of our BaptistCare At Home team that provides quality complex care and support to our clients in their own homes.You may assist with a range of tasks pertaining to household cleaning, showering, dressing, food preparation, continence support, medication assistance and transport to name a few.
You will also develop genuine connections with your clients and help them live their best possible lives.This permanent part-time role requires availability between Wednesday - Friday, 7am and 5pm.
You must be living within or close to our client services located primarily in the Wembley, Attadale, Belmont & surrounding areas.To support you on your roleWe offer a comprehensive orientation program including buddy shiftsYou'll have direct access to a dedicated supervisor to support youYou'll be provided with a company mobile phone to access emails, rosters and client care plansAccess to a dedicated learning and development team to support your ongoing professional development and career pathwaysEarn $30.85-$33.82 +superannuation + paid travel time and mileage between clientsStill want to know more about this amazing opportunity?

You will have an unrestricted Australian Driver Licence and a reliable vehicle with Third Party Property Damage Car Insurance to transport clients.
You will be a strong communicator with resilience and patience.
