**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks, according to established recipes and standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and engaging with them in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate espresso machines and other coffee equipment with precision and efficiency, ensuring consistent quality in every cup.
- Create latte art and other decorative designs to enhance the presentation of beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and equipment, including regular cleaning and sanitizing procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies, and communicate any shortages to management.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and seamless coordination during peak hours.
- Uphold a positive and team-oriented attitude, contributing to a supportive work environment where everyone can thrive.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a barista in a café, restaurant, or similar setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, espresso preparation, and latte art.
- Strong customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, as this position is specifically for weekend shifts.
