What you'll be doing
Drive architecture and development of the e-commerce platformLeading and coaching engineering talent, supporting team members' career growth, performance, and ongoing learningChampioning a strong and pragmatic engineering culture focused on high performanceDriving AI adoption and experimentation across engineering teams to unlock smarter, faster ways of workingGetting involved in technical discussions, troubleshooting, DevOps, and scaling efforts when neededDriving cohesion across squads, ensuring teams work together effectivelyPartnering closely with product and delivery to prioritise, ship, and iterate quicklyBalancing business priorities with team health and agile ways of workingLeading and enabling cost optimisation efforts, driving smarter decisions across systems, resourcing, and architectureLeading the technical leadership group to shape technical direction and align on key decisions across engineering
What you'll need
Proven experience leading high-performing engineering teams in fast-paced environmentsStrong technical background and ability to engage deeply with architectural decisionsA delivery mindset, with the ability to balance quality, speed, and long-term thinkingPassionate about growing people and building inclusive, high-trust teamsComfortable navigating ambiguity and bringing clarity to the teams around youCollaborative by nature you work across functions and foster alignment
