Join a growing gambling compliance support team on a permanent basis at one of Sydney's leading entertainment and gaming organisations, where you a will play a key role in supporting vulnerable guests as part of the company's Responsible Gambling program.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and respond to signs of gambling problems in guests.
- Support guests in making informed decisions about their gambling activity.
- Manage Responsible Gambling-related exclusion and revocation processes.
- Conduct welfare checks and respond to time play alerts.
- Assist employees expressing concerns about their own gambling activity.
- Assess data sources to ensure accuracy and confidentiality of exclusion orders.
- Identify and promote business processes that reduce responsible gambling issues.
- Assist in developing systems and reporting processes to monitor department strategy effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, company policies, and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Qualification in psychology, human behavior, healthcare, social work, or similar. Open to current students.
- Experience in gaming industry, guest relations and Responsible Gambling programs would be advantageous.
- Ability to develop productive relationships.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to work shifts (days, evenings and nights - rotating monthly), including some weekend shifts.
- Level of physical fitness - this is an active role requiring you to be on your feet all day.
- Full working rights (we cannot accept temporary visa holders for this role).
