What you'll be doing

You'll take charge of the retail division, making sure everything runs smoothly day to day. This means:
Leading, coaching, and inspiring your team to perform at their best

Driving customer loyalty and creating a welcoming in-store experience

Managing stock, merchandising, and rosters efficiently

Recruiting and developing a high-performing team

Building a positive, engaged workplace culture

About you

You're an experienced retail manager who's confident in leading people and achieving results. You'll bring:
Proven experience in retail leadership and team development

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

A results-driven approach with experience in KPIs, budgets, and wages

A current Police Check or willingness to obtain one

**Bonus points if you have**: Pharmacy or healthcare retail experience, or an S2/S3 medications certificate.
