**About The Role**

Reporting to the Mechanical and Electrical Manager, the **Mechanical and Electrical Delivery Team Leader** will manage and support field teams and subcontractors for **Yarra Valley Water **(YVW) such that the delivery of works is conducted safely, efficiently and effectively to industry standards whilst ensuring client KPI compliance is of a high standard.

This role is a **Permanent Full-Time** position based out of our **Mitcham** depot.

**As the successful applicant, some of your core responsibilities will include**:

- Manage and co-ordinate resources to achieve delivery of work within contractual time frames
- Manage and ensure response and rectification target compliance
- Effectively manage field crews and subcontractors to meet operational objective including productivity and KPI compliance
- Subcontractor management; scheduling, procurement invoices, inductions, licenses and training compliance
- Support Reactive & Preventative maintenance works across the YVW network
- Establishing and maintain relationships & communications with customers and stakeholders
- Manage staff to work safely, productively, efficiently and effectively as an integrated team
- Manage all job costings for account accuracy of labour and materials
- Ensure time sheets collected, approved and sent to accounts each week
- Review work orders daily to ensure classifications accurately reflect work carried out
- Minimise cost and maximise productivity

**About You**

You will have a trade qualification in either Electrician, Mechanical fitter or similar accompanied with ideally 5 years' experience in a supervisory role.

You will also possess:

- Strong Leadership & Communication with stakeholders of all levels
- Subcontractor and materials management, supply, budget, delivery
- White Card
- Management with multi-disciplined teams ideally in proactive and reactive maintenance
