Test Analyst

**About the Role**

With exciting projects currently underway, you will be a key contributor to unique business development and change across the BOQ Group.

Furthermore, you will seek to continuously improve processes, including problem solving and critical thinking, to decrease risk and defects and increase user experience, while working collaboratively with business users and project teams as a conduit for effective knowledge transfer and communication

**About you**
You will be a collaborative people and outcome focussed professional who thrives on working in a fast-paced technical environment. You will have a willingness and commitment to adapt and learn, having solid communication skills on a verbal and written level to articulate technical information and partner with team members.

Having experience with leasing platforms, you will have a full understating of test methodologies, types and processes. You have strong knowledge of designing, developing, and updating test cases, supported by vast experience in updating and maintaining existing test cases. In previous roles, you will have regularly used a defect and test management system such as QTest or JIRA, also having used test tools such as HP QC and Tosca. Managing, capturing and recording defects, defect investigation, defect replication and isolation, and the importance of reliable means of defect reproduction are second nature to you, where you have proven experience across these areas. Infolease, IQ Rapport, Broker Point, Broker Portals, Salesforce experience is highly regarded.
