Capral is Australia's largest extruder and a leading distributor of aluminium products. With approximately 1000 employees spread across the nation in manufacturing plants, distribution centres and offices, we offer great variety and room for movement.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Planning and allocation of deliveries.
- Liaising with customer service team and drivers.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with all staff and drivers.
- Effectively assist and coordinate logistics team to achieve service objectives.
- Communicate on a regular basis with warehouse to ensure correct information.
- Co-ordinate and plan despatch of goods in a timely manner.
- Generating outbound delivery documents and transport manifests.
- Allocating timeslots for inbound and outbound customers.

**Essential**:
You will be a self-motivated person who enjoys working in a high-performance culture. To be considered applicants **MUST** have:

- Strong knowledge of logistics operations and warehouse industry.
- Previous experience in logistics minimum 1-2 years.
- Proactive and organised with the ability to problem solve.
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Driven and passionate.
- High attention to detail.
- Intermediate MS Office skills.
- Knowledge of SAP (desirable).
