**About Us**:
We are a vibrant and fast-paced mixed business with two exciting locations in **Westmead** and **Parramatta**. Our stores are a unique combination of **Tobacconist, Convenience Store, Dessert Parlour, Café, and Arcade** - a fun, community-focused space where no two days are ever the same.

We're currently looking for a **team member** to join us and help out across all sections of our business. If you're flexible, reliable, and ready to jump into a dynamic team, this could be the perfect fit for you.

**Your Role**:
As a **Retail All-Rounder**, you'll be responsible for:

- Serving customers across all sections: tobacco, lotto, café, desserts, convenience, and arcade
- Making quality barista-style coffee and preparing desserts/beverages (training available)
- Selling tobacco and lottery products responsibly and within legal guidelines
- Stock management, general cleaning, and ensuring the store is always looking its best
- Creating a welcoming and energetic environment for all our customers

**Who We're Looking For**:

- Must be flexible and available for **mixed shifts**, including **day and night shifts**, weekends, and public holidays
- Previous experience in **barista work, tobacco sales, or lottery services** is a big plus - but we're happy to train the right person
- Friendly attitude and strong customer service skills
- Punctual, responsible, and able to work independently and in a team
- Willing to learn and grow within the business
