ONICE is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced full-time Barista to join our dynamic team in Mosman. As a full-time Barista, you will be responsible for creating exceptional coffee experiences for our customers, maintaining high standards of customer service, and contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our café operations.

**What you'll be doing**
- Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and specialty drinks with attention to detail
- Ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of the café, including managing inventory, maintaining equipment, and adhering to food safety standards
- Providing excellent customer service by anticipating customer needs and responding promptly and courteously
- Collaborating with the team to support the overall success of the café
- Assisting with other café duties as required

**What we're looking for**
- Minimum 4 year of experience as a Barista in a fast-paced café or restaurant environment, RSA.
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, including the ability to prepare a variety of espresso-based drinks, latte art skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $32.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week

- Barista: 4 years (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Food handling: 1 year (preferred)
