Dietitian

WHO WE ARE: We are a team and network of allied health professionals that are passionate about helping you or a loved one every step of the way in achieving your potential. We aim to provide a holistic and consistently high standard quality of services in all areas of development, no matter the age. We also aim to provide preventative care to reduce the rate of reactive care and our services do not solely focus on the individual, but also on their loved ones whether it is counseling or training and education.

Our services start with a initial discussion with the patient on short-term and long-term goals, a full assessment and we then devise a tailored and individualised treatment plan or intervention including all necessary services to help reach those goals. Our Allied Health team includes: Dietitian's, Exercise Physiologists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Psychologists, Behaviour Therapists, and Support workers.

We are looking for a positive and passionate Dietitian who will add a positive attitude to our great team and network. We are looking for someone with the same values in helping our clients with a high standard of care and therapeutic services to contract for our partner clinic, with more long-term opportunities available. This is an opportunity for direct contractual placement within a large allied health centre.

Our Dietitians offer a broad range of services to individuals and groups, or they can provide assistance at a more strategic level. Their support may include:

- Commitment to professional development in accordance with Dietitians Australia
- Provide education and recommendations to clients and carers
- Providing clients with the necessary assessments and treatment
- Education and support of individuals, including family members, caregivers, and others, through collaborative and consultative partnerships
- Care coordination, case management, and transition services including onward referral to relevant services;
