We are looking for you as a
**Site Administrator**
Solar PV EPC projects | Mining Client | Full-time fixed term | FIFO 2:1 roster from Perth

Since 1996, JUWI has developed, planned, financed, built and operated power plants and systems that use renewable energies - wind and solar.
The Australian subsidiary has been operating since 2015 is currently delivering multiple utility scale and hybrid renewable projects located both on-grid and off-grid. Driven by the increasing demand for utility scale solar and wind systems, JUWI is expanding its delivery capability in Australia. JUWI has offices in Perth and Brisbane.

**The Role**:

- The Site Administrator position is a fly in fly out (FIFO) role that provides vital administrative support to the project delivery team, efficiently and autonomously implementing and managing key processes and documentation.
Utilising strong communication skills, you will build positive relationships across all levels to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the site, with tasks including:

- Comply with Company objectives, policies, procedures, safe work practices, relevant Acts and Regulations
- On boarding of new starters, including data entry, roster management, leave entries, site inductions and accommodation
- Taking and distributing Meeting Minutes
- Data entry of Invoices, delivery dockets and debit card receipts
- Fuel Register management
- Timesheet checks and collection
- Update contact lists/asset register/new vehicles
- Adhoc, Weekly and monthly Reporting using excel, & other site-based programs
- Providing the management team with generalist administrative support

**Your Profile**:

- Relevant experience in a similar administrative role
- Strong computer and systems knowledge including Microsoft Office
- Proven track record of sound organisational skills and a demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Experience with accounts, logistics and stores will be highly regarded
