As a permanent full time, Customer Service Rep, you will work closely with the branch manager and partner with new and existing customers to help them find the best solutions possible. This is a chance to expand your customer service and warehouse experience Located in West Melbourne

**Daily Tasks**
- Promptly responds to customer enquiries
- Identifies, prioritises, and respond to customers' needs
- Provide outstanding customer service as well as establishing relationships with our strong customer base
- Merchandise and replenish stock in a timely manner ensuring it is presented well
- To complete the operations and warehouse tasks on a day-to-day basis.
- POS

**About you**:

- Trade Retail experience and or wholesale sales (preferred).
- A strong interest to learn new skills and want to grow and learn with the company
- A keen eye for detail, taking pride in the presentation of a store
- Team Player
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service
- Experienced with computers and previous warehouse experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Effective telephone technique and manner
