**Make an Impact**

We have an exciting opportunity for a **Behaviour Support Advisor** to provide expert practice support and advice to the Client Safeguarding and frontline leadership regarding positive behaviour support provided to clients.

Working closely with other Behaviour Support Advisors within the team, this role also supports the broader Service Delivery teams regarding learning initiatives related to positive behaviour support, contributing toward mandatory restrictive practice reporting obligations as required by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.

Day to day duties of this role may be to:

- ** Provide expert advice **to clients, families, and staff across various Endeavour Foundation programs.
- ** Complete case management reporting **and maintain accurate records for individual clients.
- ** Conduct behaviour assessments **to identify behavioural patterns and develop strategies to improve safety and reduce risks.
- ** Develop, implement, and monitor personalised behaviour support plans **aligned with the Positive Behaviour Support Capability Framework and organisational practices.
- ** Train and support clients, frontline staff, guardians, and other stakeholders **to enhance understanding and implementation of positive behaviour support.
- ** Liaise with Allied Health professionals **to coordinate multidisciplinary approaches for client support.
- ** Contribute to mandatory reporting on restrictive practices **as required by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.

**What you can bring to the team**
- Tertiary qualifications (or working towards) in allied health professions such as Behaviour Science / Applied Behaviour Analysis, Psychology, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Social Work or Social Sciences or equivalent experience relevant to the provision of positive behaviour support.
- AHPRA Registration will be highly regarded.
- Demonstrated experience in the delivery of behaviour support services to individuals with disabilities who display complex support needs with a minimum 3 years' experience.
- Previous experience within Disability, Human Services, Community, Health and/or Aged Care sector/s.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the NDIS and the disability sector with the ability to develop relationships within this setting.
- Knowledge of relevant governance and compliance requirements as they relate to a large and complex business environment with experience reporting to Government or regulatory bodies.
