About us:Albany Creek Veterinary Surgery is a small animal hospital that has been operating for over 30 years.
We work in a purpose-built hospital, open Monday to Friday 7:30am to 6pm, and Saturday from 8:30am to 4pm.We have a long standing and well-established, enthusiastic team of skilled vets and vet nurses who are great fun to work withWe are very lucky to have a wonderful client base, and enjoy building relationships with them based on trust and understandingWe support each other to achieve the highest quality patient care and excellent customer serviceWe promote client education, modern medicine and good communicationOur clinic has a range of equipment to allow inhouse workup of the majority of cases (ProCyte Dx, Catalyst Dx, Sedivue Dx and UA, CoAg and SNAPshot Dx), and a very supportive specialist clinic and emergency clinic 5 minutes down the road.
These tools in combination with a new DR x-ray machine and MyLab ultrasound machine allow us to diagnose, treat and monitor most conditions.
We encourage full medical work-ups (half the fun of being a vet) and offer a large range of orthopaedic and soft tissue surgeries in house – we also have a fantastic visiting surgeon, specialist cardiologist, and medicine specialist ultra-sonographer for the trickier cases.
