What We're Looking For:
- Previous leadership experience in hospitality (Shift Leader, Assistant Manager, or Restaurant Manager).- A people-first leader who loves coaching and mentoring teams.- Confident, passionate, and ready to set the pace and standard in your restaurant.- Strong problem-solving skills and a cool head under pressure.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- A love for high-quality food, unforgettable customer service - and, of course, PERi-PERi chicken

As a leader at Nando's, you'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with your team, coaching and inspiring them every step of the way. Must-Haves- Full Australian/New Zealand working rights- Willingness to work with all Nando's menu items- Ability to obtain required certifications (RSA, First Aid, etc.)
