Choice The Discount Store opened its first store in 1996 with the purchase of an existing Redbank store. Now with 28+ stores in Queensland and Northern New South Wales, Choice The Discount Store prides itself on delivering value for money to our local communities.
Our team is always looking for new products to help our customers save on their everyday needs with brands like Rexona, Fab, Domestos & Cadbury to name a few.
As we continue to grow our focus remains the same, Our Customers By delivering a great shopping experience and value for money products.
**About the role**
We currently have exciting casual Retail Assistant opportunities for applicants at our new store in Marsden Park, Queensland. This role is perfect for someone who is enthusiastic, hands on, and willing to contribute their own ideas to grow and lead the store and team to success.
We will require experienced and inexperienced staff.
**Skills and experience**
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with customers with confidence.
- Ability to work in a team
This is a very fast paced environment; the position will include heavy lifting and the use of ladders and safety steps.
Ability to work weekdays if required.
Ability to work weekends, public holidays and school holidays.
