**The role**:
This position will have you working closely with internal/external parties across multiple radio, data and voice telecommunication equipment with key responsibilities of the role including:

- Reading, understanding and following design documentation
- Install, maintenance and uninstalling a range of electronic hardware (including termination and testing)
- Documenting and recording a log of works after completion
- Fantastic management that **genuinely cares for the team**, they will look out for you
- Opportunity to take on more responsibility after training completion. Such as on-site visits/work in company vehicle and more **Progression**

- Further first aid and defensive driving courses are also **provided**:

- **Ongoing educational opportunities** to further your development
- Salary review after 6 & 12 months as training progresses

**Onboarding will be provided from the company's South East based head office for 1-3 days a week in the first 2 weeks and then training permanently based in Sunshine**

**About you**:

- Hold a current Full driver's license
- Have a genuine and interest in electronics/mechanical/automotive
- Want stability, security and a long-term role
- **Permanent residency or Australian Citizenship required
