Overview
Store Manager | BONDS Outlet | Launceston at Hanes Brands Australasia — full-time position (38 hours/week). We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Store Manager to lead the Bonds Launceston Outlet team.
Responsibilities
Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve team budgets and KPIs.
Plan succession and develop team members to progress into future opportunities.
Execute Visual Merchandising in-store and use commercial judgment for in-store decisions.
Manage stock processes and prioritize tasks effectively.
Coach the team and provide on-the-spot feedback.
Analyse reports to drive commercial decisions and performance.
