About the role
The way we provide nutrition and hydration is evolving to align with our Resident Person-Centred Care Framework. We are adopting a traditional restaurant model with 'front of house' and 'back of house' team members.
In this role, you will assist residents with meals and drinks, following Estia Health's personalized meal service guidelines.
You will also:
Lend a hand with daily life – ensuring residents feel heard, comfortable, and well-fed.
Assist residents requiring additional support and care.
Help residents enjoy meaningful and engaging activities.
Be a supportive friend to residents.
Respect residents' privacy and dignity.
Be available to work afternoons.
You should be a team player and a great communicator, with a genuine desire to make a difference in people's lives. A Cert III or IV in Aged Care is required.
