We are seeking those with a passion for caring for the elderly, who are wanting to start their career with a caring, supportive and progressive company. Our client, a well-established Aged Care organisation is seeking new team members to join their Aged Care team across the Geelong region.

Homes you can work at, permanent shifts at each home, you will not be working across multiply:

- Belmont
- Grovedale
- Armstrong Creek
- Moolap
- Wallington

No experience is required.

We are expanding this team, to deal with the increase in new residents.

We are recruiting part-time Aged Care Workers, you will be offered a minimum of 15 hours (guaranteed), but can work up to 40 hours a week.

You will be offered a set 12-month contract, for the traineeship, with locked-in shifts on the negotiated days and hours, agreed to by you, during recruitment.

- Have regular availability
- Good communication skills
- Willing to obtain a clear National Police Check
- Willing to undertake the 12-months training program (both learning on the job and in a classroom)

**Shifts**

Shifts are available Monday to Sunday, at the following times:
AM - 6:00am/7:00am to 3:00pm

PM - 3:00pm to 10:00pm

**Services**
- Personal Care (showering, dressing, grooming)
- Bed making, room tidying up
- Feeding
- The setting of tables and meals for residents
- Social / Activities
- Ability to listen, build a report, and work with a range of clients and other staff
