About the role
We're seeking an experienced
Glove & Barrier Line Worker
to join our Youngtown team in constructing, installing, and maintaining our client's distribution electricity networks. In this role, you'll work collaboratively to ensure the network remains safe, reliable, and cost-effective.

Key Responsibilities include
Study and interpret technical drawings and network line diagrams
Undertake the construction and maintenance of electricity distribution networks in accordance with Company Policies, Quality Systems and HSE procedures as well as statutory requirements
Emergency response on high/low voltage distribution assets.
About You
The successful applicant will possess a strong technical knowledge and experience working on overhead and underground line networks as well as exposure to external best practice methods in a comparable environment.
Hold a current Tasmania Electrical Licence
Glove & Barrier qualified
Valid Australian Drivers Licence (heavy vehicle highly desirable)
White/Blue card
The incumbent may be required to travel within the state, including overnight or longer stays as required and will conduct work outdoors in various types of weather.
