Everything we do is dedicated to enabling, celebrating and supporting older Australians to live and age positively.About The OpportunityWorking closely with the Lifestyle teams, you will be an integral part of our organisation, providing essential transportation services while enriching the lives of our residents through engaging and meaningful experiences.Your day will involve driving the bus, helping residents of differing abilities on and off the bus, ensuring proper record keeping and logs for the bus and cleaning the bus as required.Full time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm working across Gosling Creek & Calare Aged CareAbout YouBring your passion for quality care and in return, we will provide you with an opportunity to build an outstanding career by expanding and developing your skills.The Successful Candidate Must Demonstrate The FollowingDrivers Licence (LR or HR)Experience driving a bus is essentialManual handling experienceSafe driving recordStrong passion for working with the elderlyAbility to communicate effectively with residents, families and team membersA pre-employment medical assessment will be required for this roleCurrent COVID & Annual Flu Vaccination (Mandatory)Please Note: Successful applicants must complete a National Police Check and/or NDIS Worker CheckBenefitsOur culture is both supportive and collaborative, where you can make your role your own.
