Our personal injury division provides services through federal and state-based Workers Compensations, Motor Accident Schemes and Life Insurance.
Taking a holistic care approach. Work within a multidisciplinary team to support the journey from rehab to healing. Perform a variety of assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise. This could include functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments.
Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders including the employee who has suffered injury, illness, or trauma, medical specialists, other treatment providers and allied health professionals. Develop, implement and monitor rehabilitation plans.
No billable hours KPI's based on service delivery outcomes, NOT billable hours. Genuine person-centred focus and goal setting.
Set working hours means you can truly have WORK / LIFE balance - no overtime, no outside of work hours. Enjoy early starts and early finishes: 7:30am - 4pm, PLUS a 1:30pm finish on Fridays
You will be working on the ADF Base, Amberley.
Joining a high-quality service provider, you will be SUPPORTED and MENTORED through direct interaction and an extensive onboarding process (incl. ongoing shadowing) to build your technical knowledge and expertise setting you up for success.
