We are a child safe organisation, committed to the safety, wellbeing and empowerment of all children.Our centres operate from 6:30am to 6:30pm across the Gold Coast, offering casual opportunities to work across multiple locations or at your preferred centre.
Our centres include;Palm BeachIsle of CapriBroadbeach WatersPacific PinesEdens LandingIn your role as a Educator:You will nurture little learners through playful learning and meaningful connectionCreate engaging environments that spark curiosity and wonderShow up with kindness, creativity, and a can-do spirit every dayCommunicate with confidence and build lasting bonds with familiesBring positive energy and a team-first attitude to every roomWhat You'll Bring:A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA-recognised equivalent)A current Working with Children CheckFull Australian working rightsA warm, professional presence and a genuine passion for early learningConfidence connecting with children, families, and the communityAvailable to work Monday to Friday across a range of shift patterns, with flexibility to be on call at short notice to cover unexpected leaveTwo professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education settingWhy You'll Love Working With Us:Architecturally and beautifully inspired spacesIndustry lead resourcesA culture that stands apartA team that lift each other upOpportunity to grow or transfer within the companyRewards for recommending family and friendsAbout usAt Eden Academy, we're more than a childcare centre—we're a family.
