Work on Summer Intern Group Project with your entire internship cohort and present this in your final week

Over the eight-week internship, you will work with the other interns and your team to develop your professional skills, business acumen and gain insight into a rewarding career at RAA.

You must be currently in your final year or penultimate year of undergraduate study with a minimum credit average, have Australian working rights, and be available for the full duration of the internship in Adelaide from 8 December 2025 – 19 December 2025 & 5 January 2026 – 13 February 2026.
What you'll be doing:
This internship blends creativity, analysis, and collaboration.
You'll: Support the Travel Product team in preparing for our biggest annual sales period
Load promotional products onto the travel website with precision and flair
Ensure images, copy, pricing, and member benefits are accurate and compelling
Assist with planning and coordination for the Travel Showcase event
Conduct competitor analysis and deliver insights on market opportunities
Present your findings to the Travel Product team—your voice matters here
You'll also work cross-functionally with other business units, gaining exposure to marketing, strategy, and operations while building your confidence and professional toolkit.
About you
You will be a passionate, self-motivated individual, with a positive mind-set who is eager to learn and enjoys working in a high performing culture.
We are also looking for: Currently in your penultimate or final year of a bachelor's degree in a relevant area (e.g. Marketing, Event Management, Data Analytics, Business Administration)
The ability to work across our Mile End site and our office in Adelaide's CBD
Experience in customer service, retail and/or hospitality is highly desirable
Self-initiative and drive to get the task done, and confidence to ask questions/challenge
High academic achievement (minimum GPA 5.0 or credit average)
Teamwork demonstrated through extracurricular activities (e.g. sports, clubs, work, societies)
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
Intermediate skills in MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio & PowerPoint)
