**About the Company**

We are seeking an experienced Digital Content Specialist to join a large NSW government organisation based in Parramatta. The team consists of talented individuals who collaborate to achieve business objectives.

**About the Role**

**Key accountabilities include**:

- Develop and write targeted, engaging and plain English digital content, including copy, video and graphics, that is customer focused and follows digital best practice
- Produce regular reports on the performance of digital channels against Key Performance Indicators and recommend improvements
- Complete user research and testing of digital content and products to ensure content meets customer service and accessibility standards
- Ensure that content published on digital channels meets brand and style guide requirements.

**About You**
- Proven experience formatting complex and lengthy content into user focused digital content.
- Proficient in the use of EDM campaign tracking and reporting, search engine optimization (SEO) and accessibility best practice.
- High-level written and oral communications skills with the ability to write compelling information that achieves objectives and reinforces key messaging.
- Proven ability to collaborate with colleagues within the team, department, directorate and broader organisation
