This means we'll be supporting more people than ever to access meaningful employment and build lasting careers - and we're growing our team to help make it happen.This position is based in the Greater Sydney area and supporting Breakthru's national footprint.
The successful candidate will support a wide range of exciting job functions including:Working alongside Regional Managers, implement the IEA quality and performance framework and track progress against key milestones.Provide training, coaching, and guidance on quality and performance within the IEA contract.Develop, track, and report on KPIs and compliance requirements, providing actionable insights to support performance.Contribute to strategic planning and organisational development, helping shape initiatives that enhance service quality and client outcomes.Liaise with external partners, funders, and stakeholders on reporting, evaluation, and continuous quality improvement efforts.About you You're a strategic thinker with a sharp eye for detail and a deep commitment to equity and inclusion.
With experience in quality assurance, performance monitoring, or program evaluation-ideally within the social impact, disability, or employment sectors.
