We're looking for an energetic and driven Team Leader to lead our Night Shift operations at the Truganina Distribution Centre. This full-time, permanent role offers the opportunity to guide a high-performing team, streamline processes, and contribute to our ongoing success.

**About the Role**

Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, the Team Leader will be responsible for coordinating and supporting all areas of operations throughout the shift. You'll provide day-to-day guidance to your team, maintain high standards of safety and accuracy, and help drive continuous improvement across the function. To be successful, you will:
- Lead and motivate a team to meet nightly operational and performance targets
- Champion a strong safety culture aligned with Hanes values
- Oversee operational accuracy, stock integrity, and reporting
- Provide training and support to team members, fostering development
- Communicate effectively with peers and management across the shift
- Contribute to improvement initiatives and operational excellence

**Key Requirements**
- To be successful in this role, you will:

- Have demonstrated leadership experience or acted in a leadership capacity within a warehouse or inventory environment
- Display a strong commitment to safety, quality, and performance outcomes
- Be confident using warehouse systems and have solid computer literacy
- Possess strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Be highly organised, proactive, and able to lead by example
- Be physically fit and capable of performing warehouse duties

We will also assess applicants based on performance history, attendance, and alignment with Hanes values and safety culture.
