Becks Mitre 10 is seeking a skilled Procurement Manager who will be responsible ensuring our group continues to service our customers needs through continuity of stock levels and product quality. In addition to managing our top selling items, you will also support the store and sales teams as the key local contact for sourcing and securing specialty products.

What you will do

Ensure the store network remains in stock of our top selling items in line with our customer Service Level Agreements

Review and update business processes to support continuous improvement strategies and the effectiveness of the procurement processes

Ensure contract related supplier purchase agreements are maintained

Balance volume stock holdings across the Becks Group and broader network utilising Hub and Spoke principals

Identify strategic purchasing opportunities to maximise positive business outcomes

Support the development of our group purchasing champions

What you will bring

Extensive experience in procurement

High level of product knowledge in construction materials

Demonstrated connective, networking and negotiation skills

Intermediate planning and organisation skills

Can work in high pressure and fast paced environment

Available for travel as the business requires
