**Overview**:
We're seeking a reliable, hands-on and versatile **All-Rounder / Site Support Lead** to help oversee daily operations across one or more of our cafe/restaurant sites. This role is ideal for someone experienced in hospitality, capable of stepping into both front-of-house and kitchen roles when needed, and confident managing a small team while maintaining smooth daily operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support and supervise daily operations across assigned sites
- Step into kitchen roles when required (basic prep, line work, food handling)
- Lead and manage a small crew, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently
- Maintain excellent hygiene and food safety standards
- Ensure the site is compliant with licensing and operational requirements
- Monitor operations to ensure service targets and quality standards are met
- Identify and resolve minor issues before they become larger problems
- Complete daily checks and ensure tasks are finished on time
- Report to senior management and flag any major issues or improvements
- Drive between sites when required (vehicle provided)

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in hospitality (cafe or restaurant environment essential)
- Comfortable with both kitchen and customer service duties
- Strong leadership and time management skills
- Solid understanding of hygiene and safety procedures
- Current driver's licence (manual preferred)
- Flexible availability during the week (occasional weekends if needed)
- Ability to think on your feet and keep operations flowing smoothly

Pay: $23.23 - $40.27 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

- 8 hour shift

- Every weekend
- Weekend availability
