The Role: Lead by example with high quality and exceptional customer service.
Comfortable producing high-quality consistent coffees, with speed
Excellent communication, with great customer service skills.
Ensuring that the machine is maintained at optimal efficiency.
Calibrating the grind at regular intervals.
Provide a warm, friendly, and welcoming style of service to our amazing customers.
The Person: Barista experience
Experience in a fast-paced café style setting
Both a team player and able to work autonomously
Outstanding grooming standards and personal presentation
