Infinity Health Medical Centre is a rapidly growing multiple disciplinary practice in the heart of Green Square - right opposite Green Square Train Station.

We are driven and committed to providing the highest quality care to the local community. We are seeking to add an enthusiastic, dynamic and experienced Medical Receptionist to our team.

This will be a permanent position and the remuneration is negotiable depending on skills and experience.

To be successful in this role essential criteria include:

- Demonstrated experience in general practice setting
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
- Enthusiasm and determination to maintain high standards
- Professional, efficient and passionate learner
- Ability to multi-task including prioritisation of tasks as appropriate
- Passion for process excellence, improvement and innovation

Desirable attributes include:

- Problem Solving Abilities
- Sound knowledge of operational practice issues gained through a minimum of 1 year's employment experience in medical practices or similar
- Previous reception experience
- Computer Literate, proficient with Best Practice Software, Microsoft Office Professional
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology
- People & Self-Management skills
- Speak a second language

Your responsibilities will include:

- Meeting and greeting patients in a professional and courteous manner
- Scheduling patient consultations and attending to enquiries
- Ensuring medical records are managed confidentially and efficiently
- Invoicing and receipting of patient consultations
- Attending to doctor's requests
- Completing patient recalls and follow ups

**Salary**: $20.00 - $32.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

- Zetland NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
