**About the role**
Based at Vantage Logan Village, this role is responsible for ensuring the presentation and cleanliness of all community grounds and common areas are maintained to our high professional standard, supporting a warm and inviting atmosphere for all Homes Owners.

**In this role some of your responsibilities will be**:

- Maintaining all gardens, lawns, paths and roadways
- Mowing and edge trimming of all lawns including residential site frontages
- Weeding and weed management of all common areas and grounds;
- General planting and garden maintenance including pruning and mulching;
- Watering of all common areas and lawns;
- Basic hedge trimming (below shoulder height) and tree maintenance including general pruning
- Ensuring all watering systems are installed and operating effectively and as required.
- Undertake regular cleaning of external building windows, facades and other infrastructure such as bollards, seats, pathways, roads, benches, handrails, and such according to the operational schedule.

**Skills and experience**
- Previous experience in a landscape gardening in a commercial or public environment
- Experience in hard and soft landscaping.
- Experience in dealing with end customers in a customer centric manner.

**In addition, you will have**:

- Current valid 'class c' drivers licence
- Construction Industry White Card
