Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you will need:
10 years of experience in an engineering-related role or 7 years in an operational role within the electricity industry.
Proven technical leadership and ability to influence and mentor others.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Familiarity with EMS, PSS/E, and other analysis tools is advantageous.
