**About the Opportunity**:
As the Finance Director, you will act as the strategic advisor to the leadership team across marketing, planning, and operations to enable long-term success. As the Managing Director's right hand, you will also be responsible for owning the annual budgeting and forecasting process, as well as the operational and marketing planning cycles. You will conduct robust scenario analysis and utilise complex financial models to understand risks and drivers that will assist in increasing both top-line and bottom-line profitability. Additionally, due to its hands on nature the core of this role you will take responsibility for all aspects of financial and management reporting, month-end process, financial control and all local tax and compliance-related duties.
