**About the role**:
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Store Planner to join Officeworks' Store Planning team within our property stream. Working towards the delivery of ambitious, strategic growth initiatives, this role is key to the successful delivery of our new stores and store renewal program.

Experienced using Autocad and Revit, this architecturally based position will produce fully detailed drawing layouts for new and refurbished stores incorporating all business functions and design.

Key aspects to this role:

- Management of all drawing files, design detailing and issuing of drawings to and from external consultations - planning stage to store opening
- Supporting construction and fit out project managers to ensure all drawing, design and detail issues are addressed during the planning and construction phase of each project
- Managing multiple tasks in order to achieve deadlines
- Design detailing
- Drawing management, maintaining all CAD drawing files and ensuring a comprehensive drawing register is mainlined for the transmittal of CAD drawings
- Generic drawing ownership
- Site condition auditing and as-built documentation
- Project management support

**About you**:
Tertiary qualified in Architecture, Drafting, Interior Design or similar with demonstrable working knowledge and expertise using Autocad (required) and Revit (highly desirable), your exposure to FMCG in a large format retail environment will be highly considered.

A solid understanding of retail construction and retail operational requirements with 3-5 years in retail store planning projects is envisaged.
