Henning Harders, one of Australia's largest privately owned freight forwarding companies delivering best in class personalised international supply chain solutions to some of the biggest global companies in the world, is seeking a detailed orientated, driven, and passionate individual to join our growing team.

**As an experienced Billing Officer within an international freight environment and having a minimum of 1-3 years working experience in a similar role, your responsibilities will include**:

- Managing the personalised invoicing for some of the world's most exciting listed and private businesses gaining insight into what makes their intricate supply chains tick.
- Timely and accurate validation and reconciliation of carrier invoices & rates against quotes.
- Confirmation of correct job costings prior to client distribution.
- Proactively communicating to resolve all queries with regards to invoicing requirements with all stakeholders, internal and external.
- Keeping up to date with current industry changes and trends.
- Engaging with Commercial Team to establish KPI's and billing Requirements.
- Other duties as directed.

**To be successful in this role you will possess**:

- At least 1 - 3 years working experience in a similar invoicing position within a freight forwarding and warehousing environment.
- Advanced CargoWise knowledge (essential);
- Excellent communications skills both verbal and written.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS office software.
- Be a team player, have a positive attitude and have the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have Australian residency
