**About the role**

You will provide high level operational administrative support to the Welfare & Engagement team, completing minutes, preparing reports, data entry and assisting in other administration tasks as required. In this role you will liaise with both the Welfare & Engagement National team and key stakeholders from all Immigration Detention sites across the country. This is a fulltime opportunity working Monday through Friday.

To be successful, you will be a highly organised and pro-active team player with significant experience working in a dynamic work environment for a large organisation. You are a process driven and solution focused Administrator with a passion for providing exceptional customer service. You have excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and enjoy working in a fast-paced complex environment. You are flexible and adaptable and enjoy building strong relationships to provide the best possible outcomes. You're a respectful and professional person who demonstrates exceptional moral values in everything you do.
- To be successful in this role, you will have:_
- Cert III in Business Administration (desirable)
- Good team player with collaborative approach
- Previous Administration Roles
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft products such MS Excel
- This is a position of trust and responsibility and to support this we will conduct a thorough probity assessment, which includes a national police check as an essential selection component for this role._
