As a Dishwasher/Kitchen Hand at Mario's Pizzeria, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen operations. Your responsibilities will include washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, assisting the kitchen staff with food preparation, and managing stock control utilizing the First In/First Out (FIFO) method to ensure freshness and minimize waste.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and utensils quickly and efficiently.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as directed by the kitchen staff.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, including floors, surfaces, and equipment.
- Manage stock control by implementing the FIFO method to ensure the proper rotation of ingredients.
- Remove trash and dispose of waste properly.
- Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with stock control and the FIFO method is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- A strong work ethic and commitment to teamwork.
