Pride Auto Group is a well-established 4x4 Equipment, Roof Rack, and Car Accessories company that is locally owned and operated across 3 locations in the ACT.

We are currently looking to expand our workshop team and have full-time positions on offer. This is an exciting opportunity to start your career in an industry that is all about getting outdoors and the lifestyle that it brings to us and our customers.

**About the role**

In this role, you will be responsible for the fitting/installation of aftermarket vehicle accessories to the retail, trade, and dealer network.

Your role as an **Accessory Fitter**will include but not be limited to
- Fitting of a very broad range of automotive aftermarket accessories to a wide range of both off-road, recreational passenger, and trade vehicles
- Installation of electrical upgrades (dual batteries, spotlights, and UHF radios)
- Ensuring that all work is carried out in a timely manner and with the greatest respect for our customer's vehicles
- Suspension upgrades
- Helping the team achieve the store's customer satisfaction, revenue, and profit targets
- Maintaining a clean and safe workshop

**Benefits and perks**

The position is Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5.00 pm

No weekends and public holidays off.

**Skills and experience**

**Ideally, your skills and experience will include**:

- Automotive fitting and/or mechanical skills obtained in a workshop environment but not essential.
- Ideally some auto electrical skills or experience but not essential.
- Great attention to detail
- A very strong customer service ethic
- High energy and enthusiasm
- Drive and ambition to grow and develop within the business with the potential for career progression and development
