**About the Role**
- The Consultant works as part of a team to understand and solve client problems. Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals, contribute ideas for continuous improvement, and support client meetings and presentations.
- This role is based in Canberra and offers hybrid working

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct research and analysis including document reviews and market scans
- Participate in stakeholder interviews including notetaking and interview synthesis
- Support user research activities including process and experience mapping
- Supports the development of strategies, formal reports, recommendations, and action plans
- Engage honestly and confidently with clients to become a trusted advisor
- Build credibility through consistent delivery of high-quality work.
- Pursue opportunities to enhance own experience and capability development.
- Contribute to market engagement, thought leadership, and/or market activities.
- Maintain compliance with Fujitsu policies and guidelines.
- Work independently on defined tasks

**Requirements and Experience**
- Previous work experience in a Consulting or service delivery role
- Proven problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to work as an effective member of a team
- Strong client interaction skills and ability to work in a collaborative style
- Strong verbal communication skills including presentations / facilitation
- Strong written communication skills including ability to contribute to formal reports, bid responses, and client presentations
- Demonstrated skill with MS Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams.
- ** Australian Citizenship is mandatory**. Current or reinstatable AGSVA Baseline Security clearance is preferred.
