**Ray White Broadbeach Waters** are seeking a vibrant and motivated individual to join their team as a
**Property Manager**.

Previous property management experience is highly desired and advantageous, however we are also open to individuals who are looking to kick start their real estate career. Attitude is everything to us, we can teach you the skills if you are motivated and eager to learn and succeed.

**Your duties will include**:

- Assisting with all areas of the PM department;
- Delivering exceptional customer service;
- Communicating with owners, including meeting onsite if required;
- Assistance with preparation of accounts and invoicing for mid/end of month;
- Assisting with lease renewal negotiations;
- Attending NCAT as required;
- Routine inspections;
- Outgoing inspections;
- Issuing breach notices as required; and
- Negotiating and understanding the long term consequences of daily PM decisions;

**To succeed in this role you'll have...**
- Exceptional customer service skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- High levels of professionalism;
- Previous real estate experience (highly desired but not essential);
- Previous client relationship or account management experience;
- A real estate licence, or registration certificate (or be willing to obtain one ASAP);
- The ability to manage and prioritise your time;
- The ability to assist with the growth of the rent roll.
- Intermediate computer and digital literacy on a range of software platforms;
- A valid drivers licence; and
- A reliable motor vehicle.
